Ryan Galashan, Director

Ryan moved to Selkirk from Cambridge, ON in 2009.  He’s married to Teresa Galashan and they have four  kids.  They are so thankful that God called them to come live and work with YFC in Selkirk.  Ryan loves his job as Director.  He wears many “hats” (not just cowboy) and  has found the best part about being in youth ministry is seeing the youth grow into their fullest God-given potential!

Dion Peterson, High School Program Coordinator

Dion is from Selkirk and is a former YFC youth who is now serving in a part-time position as a YFC youth worker.  He runs a Friday night drop in for high schoolers and helps with our Alpha program where youth have the opportunity to explore the Christian faith.  God has done such an incredible work in Dion's life, rescuing him from a life of self destruction and addiction.  He is passionate about seeing Selkirk teens come to know Christ and the future He has in store for them.  Dion is married to Brittney Peterson and they have two beautiful daughters.
